1. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay

• Services are charged per certificate or service usage

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate payment

• Payment made but service not delivered

• Technical error from our side

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Certificate already generated

• Wrong data submitted by user

• Insurance claim rejection

• Change of mind

4. Refund Process

• Users must raise a request within 3 days of payment

• Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days

• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
